Social Media & Digital Marketing Specialist

We're looking for a creative, results-driven, and detail-oriented Social Media & Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who understands how to create engaging content, grow online presence, generate qualified leads, and convert prospects into customers through effective digital marketing strategies.

What You'll Do

- Design high-quality visuals for social media, marketing campaigns, advertisements, presentations, and other brand assets.
- Plan, schedule, publish, and manage content across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, and other relevant channels.
- Shoot, edit, and produce short-form and long-form video content for digital platforms.
- Monitor content performance, track engagement metrics, and optimize campaigns based on insights and analytics.
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, website traffic, and customer acquisition.
- Generate qualified leads through organic marketing, paid advertising, social media campaigns, email marketing, and other digital channels.
- Follow up on marketing leads and nurture prospects through the sales funnel.
- Convert leads into customers by effectively communicating product and service value propositions.
- Coordinate with sales and customer support teams to improve lead conversion rates and customer experience.




- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant channels.
- Maintain marketing databases, lead records, and campaign reports.
- Stay updated on industry trends, social media algorithms, and emerging digital marketing strategies.

Requirements
- Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, and content creation.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts including SEO, lead generation, conversion funnels, paid advertising, email marketing, and analytics.
- Experience in generating and converting leads through digital channels.
- Proficiency in design and editing tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar software.
- Knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and marketing automation tools is an advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Creativity, initiative, and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹10,083.37 - ₹41,062.30 per month
