Position: Digital Marketing Specialist - Freshers Location: HYDERABAD (India) Experience: Freshers Work type: Fulltime (W2) only- NIGHT SHIFT 8 PM to 5 AM IST Job Summary We are hiring an experienced digital marketing specialist to develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive business growth.

Roles & Responsibilities - Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and conversion.

- Manage and optimize website content, user experience, and conversion rate optimization (CRO)
- Create and distribute high-quality, engaging content across social media platforms, email, and blogs.
- Develop and manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions.
- Analyze and report on digital marketing metrics, including website analytics, social media engagement, and email marketing performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and creative, to align digital marketing strategies with business objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.

Required Qualifications - Strong proficiency in digital marketing tools, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads,



and email marketing platforms

- Experience with content management systems (CMS) and website optimization
- Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics and analytics
- Excellent communication and project management skills Nice to Have - Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems
- Familiarity with SEO principles and keyword research tools
- Experience with video production and editing software
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Certification in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or HubSpot Educational Qualification Bachelor's/Master's in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
