Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement end-to-end digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.

- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.

- Manage lead generation campaigns to drive qualified business inquiries.

- Oversee SEO, SEM, email marketing, and content marketing initiatives.

- Create and manage the content calendar for social media, blogs, websites, and email campaigns.

- Monitor website traffic, campaign performance, and user engagement using tools such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console.

- Improve website conversions through landing page optimization and A/B testing.

- Collaborate with the design, content, sales, and business development teams to execute marketing campaigns.

- Track marketing KPIs, prepare campaign reports, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.

- Manage the company's online reputation and ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital platforms.

- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, algorithms,



and industry best practices.

Required Skills

- Robust knowledge of Digital Marketing, SEO, SEM, PPC, Social Media Marketing, Email Marketing, and Content Marketing.

- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Google Analytics.

- Understanding of lead generation strategies and conversion optimization.

- Experience with keyword research, on-page and off-page SEO.

- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.

- Excellent communication and project management skills.

- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

- Creative thinking with a results-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, or a related field.

- Experience: 36 years in Digital Marketing, with experience leading campaigns or teams.

- Digital marketing certifications (Google, Meta, HubSpot, etc.) will be an added advantage.
