Responsibilities

- Oversee day-to-day digital marketing activities across multiple client projects.
- Act as a bridge between the client servicing team and internal departments (SEO, content, design, social media, Paid Ads etc.).
- Provide regular project and client updates to internal team members.
- Ensure proper and timely communication is sent to clients regarding project progress, deliverables, and updates.
- Monitor all official communication channels (including WhatsApp groups, emails, and task trackers) to stay informed about ongoing updates and ensure alignment.
- Follow up with team members to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met.
- Maintain project documentation, client updates,



and progress reports.
- Identify bottlenecks or communication gaps and escalate issues promptly to the Project Manager.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing minutes, and sharing action items.
- Support the overall coordination of marketing campaigns to ensure smooth execution.

Qualifications / Skills

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong coordination and follow-up abilities.
- Good understanding of digital marketing basics is an advantage.
- Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented personality.
- Comfortable using communication tools like WhatsApp, Email and CRM.
