We are looking for a result-oriented Digital Marketing Manager who can build TGH FOAM into a leading D2C footwear brand. The candidate must be capable of managing the complete digital ecosystemfrom website management and SEO to paid advertising and online sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
E-commerce & Shopify
- Manage and optimize the Shopify website.
- Upload current products with SEO-friendly descriptions.
- Improve website speed, user experience and conversion rate.
- Manage inventory display, collections and landing pages.
- Ensure smooth checkout and customer journey.
SEO
- On-page, Off-page and Technical SEO.
- Keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Improve Google rankings for targeted keywords.
- Increase organic website traffic.
Performance Marketing
- Run Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads.
- Run Google Search, Shopping, Display and Performance Max campaigns.
- Optimize campaigns for maximum ROAS.
- Reduce Cost Per Acquisition (CPA).
Sales Growth
- Generate online sales through paid and organic channels.
- Plan promotional campaigns and seasonal offers.
- Improve conversion rate and average order value.
- Execute remarketing campaigns.
Creative & Content
- Design banners, ad creatives and social media posts.
- Create product catalogs and promotional material.
- Coordinate product photography and basic video shoots.
- Edit photos and videos for digital platforms.
Social Media
- Manage Facebook, Instagram and YouTube.
- Prepare monthly content calendar.
- Increase followers, engagement and brand awareness.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track website traffic, sales and marketing performance.
- Submit weekly and monthly reports.
- Monitor Google Analytics, Search Console and Meta Ads Manager.
- Suggest improvements based on data.
Preferred candidate profile
- Minimum 35 years in Digital Marketing & E-commerce.
- Experience in Footwear, Fashion or Consumer Products preferred.
