About the Role: We are looking for a highly creative, innovative and results-driven Social Media Manager to strengthen our digital presence, generate qualified leads and actively support our sales team. The ideal candidate should be able to combine creativity with performance marketing. She will take ownership of social media strategy, content planning, digital advertising, campaign execution and lead generation across all major digital platforms.

Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute creative social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and other relevant platforms. Plan monthly content calendars, campaign themes and platform-specific content. Generate fresh and innovative ideas for reels, videos, stories, carousels, advertisements and promotional campaigns.

Create compelling campaign concepts and brand stories that attract the target audience. Plan, launch and optimise Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns. Generate qualified leads for the sales team through social media and paid advertising.

Work closely with the sales team to understand lead requirements and create supporting campaigns. Track lead quality, campaign performance, cost per lead and conversions. Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors and content creators for timely campaign execution.

Conduct competitor, audience, keyword and social-media trend research. Manage influencer collaborations and brand partnerships when required.



Create campaigns for product promotions, events, launches and sales initiatives.

Monitor reach, engagement, followers, website traffic and campaign results. Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights. Experiment with current content formats, creative styles and marketing strategies.

Maintain a consistent, professional and engaging brand identity across all digital platforms.

Required

Skills3–5 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing or content strategy. Strong hands-on experience in Meta Ads and lead-generation campaigns. Working knowledge of Google Ads, SEO and performance marketing.

Excellent written and spoken English communication skills. Strong creative thinking, copywriting and brand-storytelling abilities. Proficiency in Meta Business Suite, Canva and social-media management tools.

Ability to analyse campaign data and improve performance. Strong coordination, presentation and time-management skills. Ability to manage multiple campaigns and responsibilities independently. Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving startup environment.
