The Sales cum Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing digital marke ng campaigns, genera ng qualified leads, acquiring new clients, and building long-term business relationships. The ideal candidate should possess strong sales skills along with expertise in digital marketing platforms and performance analytics.

Role & responsibilities

1. Sales & Business Development

- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new business opportunities through targeted online and offline channels.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with prospective and existing corporate clients.
- Client Engagement: Conduct professional meetings, pitch presentations, product demonstrations, and pricing negotiations.
- Deal Closure: Prepare, submit, and finalize comprehensive business proposals, commercial quotations, and legal agreements.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with internal delivery teams to guarantee seamless client onboarding and timely project execution.
- Sales Operations: Maintain precise, up-to-date sales pipelines, client communication logs, and records within the CRM system.
- Market Intelligence: Analyze shifting market trends, track competitor activities, and map evolving customer requirements.

2. Digital Marketing

- Campaign Management: Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and LinkedIn.
- Growth Marketing: Oversee end-to-end SEO, SEM, targeted email marketing, and value-driven content marketing initiatives.
- Social Strategy: Develop engaging social media strategies designed to boost brand awareness and organic lead generation.
- Optimization: Monitor live campaign performance and continuously optimize ROI using Google Analytics and tracking tools.
- Creative Collaboration:



Direct and coordinate with graphic designers and copywriters to produce high-converting campaign assets.
- Web Management: Manage, update, and optimize the company's primary website, targeted landing pages, and digital assets.

3. Branding & Promotion

- Visibility Campaigns: Create and launch promotional campaigns to maximize platform and brand visibility.
- Collateral Development: Produce high-quality marketing materials including brochures, pitch decks, corporate videos, and case studies.
- Event Hosting: Organize and manage lead-generation webinars, promotional events, and virtual or physical product launches.
- Strategic Alliances: Build and nurture strategic industry partnerships to unlock mutual business opportunities.

4. Reporting & Analytics

- Performance Tracking: Prepare detailed weekly and monthly sales pipelines and digital marketing performance reports.
- KPI Management: Track vital metrics including Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), conversion rates, ROI, and total revenue growth.
- Strategic Insights: Recommend continuous improvements based on hard campaign performance data and market insights.

- Digital Tools: Strong functional knowledge of modern digital marketing platforms and tools.
- Ad Platforms: Hands-on experience using Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.

- Marketing Domains: Working knowledge of SEO, SEM, targeted email marketing, and social media marketing.
- Client Relations: Solid presentation capabilities and corporate client relationship management skills.
