We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Digital Marketing & Web Development Executive to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, create, manage, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads campaigns.
- Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max, and YouTube).
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and improve ROI through continuous optimization.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, A/B testing, and conversion tracking.
- Design and develop responsive WordPress websites.
- Develop and maintain modern web applications using React.js.
- Create landing pages focused on lead generation and conversions.
- Perform website maintenance, speed optimization, and basic SEO implementation.
- Edit promotional videos and social media creatives using basic video editing tools.
- Coordinate with the design and content teams to execute digital marketing campaigns.
- Prepare campaign performance reports and recommend improvement strategies.

Required Skills

- Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager.
- Experience in Google Ads campaign management and optimization.




- Proficiency in WordPress website development.
- Good knowledge of React.js development.
- Understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
- Basic video editing skills using tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, Canva, or similar software.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive web design.
- Robust analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Certifications in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint are an added advantage.
- Experience with eCommerce websites and lead generation campaigns is preferred.
