Role Description This is a part-time, remote role for a Digital Marketing Fresher at Perspective Bytes.

The Digital Marketing

Fresher will support the planning and execution of digital campaigns across social media and other online channels to increase audience reach and engagement. Day-to-day tasks include assisting with content promotion, scheduling and posting updates, monitoring basic analytics, and helping optimize posts based on performance.



The role will also involve coordinating with content creators to align promotions with new articles and features, researching digital trends relevant to news and media, and contributing ideas to improve brand visibility. The position offers an opportunity to learn hands-on digital marketing in a content-driven environment.

Qualifications

- Robust Analytical Skills to interpret basic campaign data and audience insights.
- Effective Communication skills for transparent online messaging and coordination with the editorial team.
- Creativity Skills to contribute engaging campaign ideas, social media posts, and promotional concepts.
- Interest or foundational knowledge in Marketing and Sales to support audience growth and subscription or readership initiatives.
- Basic familiarity with social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, X/Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn) and digital tools.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup, manage time, and meet deadlines.
- Enthusiasm for news, current affairs, and long-form analysis, especially related to India and global issues.
- Relevant coursework, internship experience, or certifications in Digital Marketing, Media, or Communications is an advantage.
