We are looking for a motivated Digital Marketing Executive with around 1 year of experience who can assist in planning, executing, and monitoring digital marketing activities. The ideal candidate should have basic hands-on experience with paid campaigns, social media advertising, analytics, and campaign optimization.
The role will involve working closely with the creative and content teams to execute campaigns, track performance, and contribute towards business growth.
Key ResponsibilitiesPaid Marketing
- Assist in creating and managing campaigns on:
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Google Ads (basic understanding preferred)
- Monitor campaign performance and suggest improvements
- Assist in audience targeting and retargeting activities
- Support lead generation campaigns and optimization
Campaign Analysis & Reporting
- Track important campaign metrics:
- CPC
- CPM
- CTR
- CPL
- Prepare basic performance reports
- Identify areas of improvement based on campaign data
- Maintain campaign records and insights
Content & Creative Coordination
- Coordinate with the creative team for:
- Ad creatives
- Videos
- Social media copies
- Suggest content ideas based on campaign objectives
- Review ad creatives and provide basic performance feedback
Digital Marketing Support
- Assist with:
- Basic SEO activities
- Google Analytics tracking
- Meta Pixel understanding
- Conversion tracking
- Support website/landing page improvement suggestions
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in Digital Marketing / Performance Marketing
- Basic hands-on experience with:
- Meta Ads Manager (required)
- Google Ads (preferred)
- Understanding of:
- Lead generation campaigns
- Audience targeting
- Retargeting basics
- Digital marketing funnels
- Basic knowledge of:
- Google Analytics
- Meta Pixel
- Campaign reporting
- Good communication and analytical skills
- Ability to understand data and take improvement actions
- Basic copywriting skills (English required, Hindi preferred)
