Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to drive our digital marketing initiatives, strengthen our online presence, and generate high-quality B2B leads. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in performance marketing, SEO, social media management, content marketing, email campaigns, and marketing analytics.

Key Responsibilities: Digital Marketing Strategy Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns aligned with business goals. Plan and manage integrated marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels. Identify current opportunities to improve brand visibility and lead generation.

Performance Marketing

Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and LinkedIn Ads. Monitor campaign performance, optimize budgets, and improve conversion rates.

Track

Cost per Lead (CPL), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), and other campaign metrics.

Search Engine

Optimization (SEO)Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies. Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis. Improve website rankings, organic traffic, and search visibility.



Coordinate with website developers to optimize website performance and user experience.

Social Media Management

Manage the company's presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms. Develop monthly content calendars and publishing schedules. Create engaging content including posts, reels, videos, banners, and campaigns. Increase follower growth, engagement, and brand awareness.

Content Marketing

Create compelling content for blogs, websites, email campaigns, social media, and marketing collateral. Work closely with designers and content creators to develop creative marketing assets. Ensure all content aligns with the company's branding and messaging.

Lead Generation

Generate qualified B2B leads through digital marketing initiatives. Develop lead generation campaigns targeting HR, Procurement, Marketing, and Corporate Decision Makers. Support the sales team with marketing-qualified leads and campaign insights.

Email

Marketing & CRM Plan and execute email marketing campaigns for customer acquisition and retention. Build customer journeys, newsletters, and promotional campaigns. Maintain customer databases and support CRM initiatives. Analytics & Reporting Monitor website traffic using Google Analytics and Search Console. Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports. Analyze campaign effectiveness and recommend improvements based on data.

Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. 1–4 years of experience in digital marketing. Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, social media marketing, and content marketing. Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console.

Familiarity with email marketing platforms and CRM tools. Working knowledge of Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar creative tools is an advantage.
