Beyond Retail is a 20+ year old Retail Design & Execution Agency. We build showrooms, signage, POS materials, and brand experiences for leading FMCG and retail brands across India. Now we're scaling — and we need a sharp digital marketer to help us grow online.
The Role
We're looking for a Social Media & Digital Marketing Executive who can build our brand presence, generate leads, and help us get in front of the right corporate clients online.
What You'll Do
- Manage and grow our LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social channels.
- Create engaging content — posts, reels, carousels — showcasing our projects and services
- Run and manage Google and LinkedIn ad campaigns
- Work on SEO — blogs, website content, keyword targeting
- Research and identify potential corporate clients online
- Track performance metrics and report results weekly
What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in digital/social media marketing mainly linkedin
- Strong knowledge of LinkedIn is a must, Instagram, and Google Ads
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva / Adobe)
- Excellent written communication in English
- B2B marketing experience is a BIG plus
- Self-starter who can work independently
- Should have good AI knowledge to make / edit videos etc
