We are hiring a Site Deployment Lead for our client Mastek Limited.

Job Details

- Role: Site Deployment Lead
- Client: Mastek Limited
- Experience: 15+ Years (Pharmaceutical Industry)
- Work Mode: Work From Home (WFH)
- Locations: Bangalore, Pune, Indore & Aurangabad
- Interview Mode: Virtual
- Interview Rounds: 2
- Laptop: Mandatory for Interview
- CVR Type: Internal CVR

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate site-level deployment activities across cross-functional teams.
- Manage implementation activities including testing, training, cutover, go-live, and post-go-live support.
- Work closely with site leadership, business stakeholders, IT teams, and global program teams.
- Ensure smooth adoption of enterprise systems while maintaining operational continuity.
- Drive stakeholder communication, issue escalation, and change management throughout the deployment lifecycle.

Required Skills & Experience
- 15+ years of experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry.
- Minimum 5 years of experience leading site-level projects in manufacturing, operations, digital, IT, or enterprise system deployments.
- Strong understanding of GMP-regulated manufacturing environments, compliance, data integrity, and change control.




- Experience in enterprise system deployments including testing, training, cutover, go-live, and hypercare support.
- Robust communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- Experience working in matrix organizations with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with SAP ERP, MES, Planning, or Quality Systems.
- Exposure to global or multi-site deployment programs.
- Knowledge of structured deployment methodologies and change management.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Operational Excellence, or Continuous Improvement practices.

Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
