About the Role

We are looking for a Digital Content Specialist who is passionate about content, AI tools, and digital platforms. This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who want hands-on exposure to AI-assisted content creation, content publishing, website management, and social media operations.

You don't need to be an expert writer. Instead, you'll learn how to leverage AI tools effectively, refine content, ensure quality, and publish it across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude to create, edit, and refine digital content.
- Review AI-generated content for accuracy, grammar, clarity, and brand consistency.
- Publish and manage content on Shopify, WordPress, or similar CMS platforms.
- Upload blog posts, website content, and multimedia assets, ensuring proper formatting and functionality.
- Distribute content across social media platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, Reddit, and X.
- Conduct basic keyword research and implement SEO best practices where applicable.
- Proofread content and identify errors, broken links, or formatting issues before publishing.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely content delivery and publication.
- Track content schedules and maintain consistency across all digital channels.
- Stay updated on AI tools, content trends,



and digital marketing best practices.

Essential Skills

- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and proofreading ability.
- Interest in AI tools and emerging content technologies.
- Basic understanding of digital content, blogs, websites, and social media platforms.
- Ability to follow processes, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks.
- Strong learning mindset and willingness to adapt to new tools and workflows.

Preferred Skills

- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar platforms.
- Basic knowledge of Shopify, WordPress, or other CMS platforms.
- Understanding of SEO fundamentals and digital content best practices.
- Basic image editing or Canva skills.

Education & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Mass Communication, Marketing, Digital Media, Business Administration, Commerce, or related fields.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with up to 1 year of experience, internships, freelance work, academic projects, blogging, content writing, or social media management will be preferred.
