Digital Business Associate

Play a key role in managing Deliciae's digital business across platforms, content, and customer experience. It's an excellent opportunity to develop practical skills while working with a growing consumer brand.

Hybrid, Mumbai-based role

Responsibilities

- Catalogue & Menu Management: Manage the backend across our website and third-party delivery platforms, ensuring menus are accurate, up to date, and consistently maintained. Support the execution of recent product launches, seasonal collections, and menu changes.

- Online Reputation Management (ORM): Own customer interactions across relevant platforms by responding to reviews, comments, and messages in a timely manner. Track customer feedback, escalate concerns internally, and share insights to improve the customer experience.

- Content & Platform Management: Coordinate and implement content updates across all digital platforms, ensuring the communication & content remain accurate, current, and consistent.

- Brand Communication: Ensure all customer-facing content reflects the brand's tone of voice while maintaining accuracy, consistency, and quality across menus, product information, and digital platforms.

- Project Coordination: Support the execution of cross-functional projects across marketing, operations, and business teams by coordinating timelines, following up on deliverables, and ensuring smooth implementation.

- Reporting & Insights: Prepare periodic reports on ORM, platform performance, and other business requirements while maintaining trackers and identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.

- Business Support: Provide day-to-day support across marketing and promotional initiatives as required.

Qualifications

- Work experience: 0-2 years
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable working across multiple teams and managing competing priorities.




- Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn.

Our Story

Established in 2004 by Mrs. Bunty Mahajan, Deliciae is one of Mumbai’s oldest high end patisseries. Our expertise lies in classic celebration cakes, elaborate custom cakes, designer wedding cakes & seasonal fresh fruit cakes. The client profile includes families such as the Ambanis, Godrejs, Hindujas, Salman Khan, Rohit Sharma & so on.

With over 20 years of industry experience, the brand & Bunty Mahajan have a buzz around town, winning the

Times Food Awards for 7 consecutive years from 2020-26.

Today, Deliciae’s strength & focus lies in each cake being made fresh to order & delivered to any Mumbai pincode, from its multiple kitchens across Mumbai. We also have a flagship store with a live kitchen in Bandra.

In May 2023, Bunty Mahajan launched a 90’s style sub brand with old school nostalgic Cakes - The Bandra Cakery The brand draws its inspiration from the inception of Bunty Mahajan’s baking career. It is her ode to cakes & desserts she grew up with & also the ones that she started her journey with, namely old school classics - Dutch Truffle, Pineapple Cake & more. We envision The Bandra Cakery as a reimagined 90’s style cake shop.

In June 2024, Deliciae opened in Bengaluru. We have a flagship store attached to our central kitchen in Indiranagar, a store at St Mark’s Road & multiple satellite kitchens across Bengaluru.

Our vision for the brand is to strengthen its niche in the online space while continuing to create a premium product focused on taste & design. It all finally blends into a delightful experience when a Deliciae Cake has an effect so positive on your celebration, that the next time you think of cake, you think of Deliciae!
