Role & responsibilities

- Handle diamond jewellery sales and deliver a premium customer experience.

- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable diamond products.

- Explain the 4Cs, certification, pricing, quality and product features clearly.

- Achieve individual and counter-level sales, conversion and upselling targets.

- Maintain counter display, stock accuracy, product safety and customer follow-up.

Preferred candidate profile

- Minimum 35 years of strong diamond jewellery retail sales experience.

- Good knowledge of the 4Cs, diamond certification, quality and pricing.

- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and handle premium customers.

- Excellent communication, presentation and customer-convincing skills.

- Well-groomed, trustworthy and comfortable working in a target-driven setting.
