You will act as a trusted advisor to leaders, bringing together business understanding, people insights and HR expertise to solve organization challenges, strengthen leadership capability and build high-performing teams.
The role requires the ability to independently lead conversations on talent, organization design, succession, capability building and employee engagement while driving key HR interventions from strategy through execution. Working closely with the HR Lead, you will influence business decisions through data, insights and forward-looking recommendations, while ensuring excellence in the execution of critical people processes. Success in this role requires the ability to independently influence senior stakeholders, simplify ambiguous people challenges into actionable recommendations, and drive meaningful HR conversations with minimal supervision.
You will lead the HR team in SriLanka and Bangladesh including factory HR along with the global function team member.
Key Responsibilities Strategic HR Partnering Partner with senior business leaders to understand business priorities and translate them into people strategies.
Act as a trusted advisor by providing data-driven insights and recommendations on organization effectiveness, talent and workforce planning.
Drive initiatives that enhance team effectiveness, employee experience and ways of working. Talent management Drive talent reviews and development planning across functions.
Coach managers on performance, career development and building high-performing teams.
Identify capability gaps and recommend interventions aligned to business priorities.
Talent Acquisition
Partner with hiring managers to ensure recruitment processes are efficient, inclusive, and aligned with business priorities.
Manage SAARC & international business resourcing needs.
Coach hiring managers on assessment quality, structured interviewing and candidate evaluation.
Balance speed, quality and diversity while ensuring a strong candidate experience Employee Experience & People Processes Drive engagement initiatives and translate employee feedback into meaningful actions.
Lead performance management, promotions, rewards, succession and development processes with business leaders.
Ensure people processes are leveraged to improve business performance and strengthen talent outcomes.
Capability
Building & HR Operations Anchor functional capability-building initiatives, onboarding programmes and learning interventions.
Ensure seamless execution of key employee lifecycle processes including confirmations, transfers, exits and data integrity on SuccessFactors.
Drive operational excellence while continuously improving employee experience. Who are we looking for?
Education Post Graduate degree (MBA) in Human Resources from a reputed B-school Experience 4–6 years of HR experience, including at least 2 years in an HR Business Partner role.
Experience partnering with senior leaders in a fast-paced, matrixed organization.
Demonstrated ability to independently drive people initiatives and influence decisions.
Skills Ability to lead conversations on talent, organization effectiveness and leadership capability.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to derive insights from people data.
Excellent stakeholder management, influencing and consulting skills.
Strong written and verbal communication, including the ability to prepare leadership presentations and discussion papers.
High ownership, learning agility and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Flexibility to travel to SAARC countries.
