Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage civil construction projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints.

- Oversee project scheduling, resource allocation, and quality control measures to ensure compliance with company standards.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers to resolve issues and improve overall project outcomes.

- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify potential problems, and implement corrective actions as needed.

- Develop detailed reports on project status, budgets, and variances for management review.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 15-24 years of experience in real estate construction industry with expertise in high rise building projects (township).

- Diploma/B.Tech / B.E. degree in Civil.

- Proven track record of managing large-scale residential projects from conceptualization to handover.
