About the Role

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to help build, automate and maintain the infrastructure behind [product / platform]. You will work closely with the development and QA teams to make deployments faster, more reliable and repeatable, while improving the overall stability of our production environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI or GitHub Actions.
- Manage cloud infrastructure on [AWS / Azure / GCP] compute, storage, networking and IAM.
- Containerise applications using Docker and deploy workloads on Kubernetes.
- Write and maintain Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform or [Ansible / CloudFormation].
- Set up monitoring,



logging and alerting using Prometheus, Grafana and ELK / CloudWatch.
- Automate routine operational tasks through Bash or Python scripting.
- Support release cycles, troubleshoot production issues and participate in the on-call rotation.
- Follow security best practices secrets management, patching and access control.
- Document infrastructure, runbooks and deployment processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 2+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps, SRE or Cloud Operations.
- Strong Linux administration and command-line proficiency.
- Working knowledge of at least one major cloud provider.
- Experience running Docker in production; working exposure to Kubernetes.
- Hands-on experience with at least one CI/CD tool.
- Comfortable with Git and standard branching workflows.
- Scripting ability in Bash or Python.
- Understanding of networking fundamentals DNS, load balancers, firewalls and TLS.

Good to Have

- Certifications such as AWS Solutions Architect Associate, CKA or Terraform Associate.
- Experience with Helm, ArgoCD or GitOps workflows.
- Exposure to cloud cost optimisation and capacity planning.
- Familiarity with database backup and restore (MySQL / PostgreSQL / MongoDB).

Education B.E. / B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field — or equivalent practical experience.
