DevOps/Cloud Engineer

Were looking for an experienced and highly motivated DevOps/Cloud Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3-10 years of professional experience, a robust background in AWS and Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and proven expertise in CI/CD automation and container orchestration. You will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable, secure, and highly available cloud infrastructure.

Responsibilities

- Cloud Infrastructure Management: Design, deploy, and manage robust, scalable, and secure cloud infrastructure primarily on AWS (EC2, VPC, S3, RDS, Lambda, IAM, CloudWatch, Auto Scaling, Route 53) and optionally on GCP.
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Develop and maintain scalable IaC solutions using Terraform and AWS CloudFormation to provision and consistently configure infrastructure across multiple environments, reducing deployment times by over 50
- CI/CD Pipeline Automation: Configure and manage automated workflows and CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and Bash Scripting to streamline the software development lifecycle, improving efficiency and visibility.
- Automate the reflection of pull requests and comments from GitHub to Jenkins console output by integrating GitHub Actions.
- Integrate JIRA, GitHub, and Jenkins to automate workflows for enhanced software development

- Containerization Orchestration: Design and deploy container-based production clusters using Docker and Kubernetes (EKS, GKE). Write Kubernetes manifest files to deploy objects such as Pods, Controllers,



and Services.
- Networking Traffic Management: Configure and manage services for load balancing (e.g., Elastic Load Balancer ELB), reverse proxying, caching (Nginx, Varnish Cache), and content delivery (Akamai CDN).
- Security Compliance: Implement and enforce security best practices, including managing IAM policies and roles, configuring AWS Security Groups (virtual firewalls), performing system hardening (e.g., CIS patching), and managing access control.
- Monitoring Troubleshooting: Utilize tools like AWS CloudWatch and Google Operations for real-time monitoring, logging, and proactive troubleshooting to enhance system reliability and reduce downtimes.
- Process Improvement: Automate routine operational tasks using serverless technologies (e.g., AWS Lambda) and Bash scripting to enhance operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications
- Experience: 3-10 years of professional experience in a DevOps, Cloud
- Education: Bachelors degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is
- Certifications: Proven certification such as AWS Solution Architect Associate (SAA-C02) and/or AWS Certified SysOps Administrator Associate (SOA-C02) is highly desirable.

Technical Proficiency:

- Expertise in AWS
- Extensive experience with Terraform and AWS CloudFormation.
- Strong background in CI/CD tools, including Jenkins and GitHub Actions.
- Proficiency with Docker and Kubernetes (EKS/GKE).
- Solid understanding of security concepts, including IAM, RBAC, and Security Groups.
- Experience with Linux operating systems (Ubuntu, CentOS).
