Experience: Minimum 5 Years (Study Abroad Experience Mandatory)

Salary: ₹8 LPA – ₹12 LPA

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (6 Days)

Weekly Off: Sunday (Fixed)

About the Role

Indo European Study Abroad Consultant is seeking an experienced and dynamic Destination Manager to lead destination-specific operations and provide expert guidance to students aspiring to study abroad. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in overseas education counseling, admissions, and team management.

Key Responsibilities

Provide expert counselling to students regarding overseas education opportunities, universities, courses, and career pathways.

Manage end-to-end admission processes, including application review, documentation, offer letters, and enrollment.

Guide students through visa documentation and application procedures.

Build and maintain strong relationships with international universities and institutional partners.

Train, mentor, and support education counselors to achieve admission and revenue targets.

Monitor application timelines, admission deadlines, and student conversion rates.

Stay updated on immigration policies,



university admission requirements, and market trends.

Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless student processing and excellent customer service.

Develop destination-specific business strategies to increase student enrollments.

Ensure high levels of student satisfaction throughout the admission journey.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in the Study Abroad industry (Mandatory).

Proven experience in student counselling for overseas education.

Strong knowledge of international admissions and visa processes.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Experience in handling university partnerships and international collaborations.

Solid leadership, team management, and problem-solving abilities.

Target-driven with excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
