Key Responsibilities: End-User Support

- Provide onsite support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals (Windows, macOS, Linux).
- Provision, deploy, replace, and decommission IT equipment.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity, and user-related issues.
- Coordinate escalations with Level 2 support teams.

Office Infrastructure Suppor

- tSupport office IT services including network connectivity, printing, voice, AV, and workplace technologies
