We are looking for a Desktop Support L1 Engineer with 3 years of IT support experience and strong expertise in Microsoft 365 (O365). The role involves providing first-level technical assistance, ensuring smooth operation of desktops, laptops, and collaboration tools, with a focus on O365 administration and troubleshooting.

? Key Responsibilities

Provide L1 support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.

Troubleshoot Windows OS and Microsoft 365 apps (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint Online).

Handle user account management in Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID (password resets, group memberships).

Manage O365 mailbox issues (Outlook configuration, mail flow, archiving, DLP alerts).

Support Teams meetings, chat, and collaboration features.

Assist with OneDrive sync errors and SharePoint access issues.

Log, track, and resolve incidents via ticketing systems.

Escalate unresolved O365 or endpoint issues to L2/L3 teams.

Maintain IT asset inventory and ensure compliance with company policies.

Provide remote support using Intune, RDP,



or TeamViewer.

Document solutions and contribute to the knowledge base.

?️ Required Skills & Experience

3 years of experience in desktop support/helpdesk.

Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint Online).

Familiarity with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) for user and group management.

Basic understanding of Exchange Online mailbox troubleshooting.

Experience with Windows 10/11 administration.

Knowledge of network troubleshooting (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

? Preferred Qualifications

Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate or Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (MS-900).

Exposure to Intune, SCCM, Endpoint Manager.

Basic PowerShell scripting for O365 automation.
