Position: Desk Expeditor Execution / Planning

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Qualification & Experience

- B.E./B.Tech: Minimum 6 years of experience
- Diploma: Minimum 8 years of experience

Job Summary The Desk Expeditor will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring project execution activities to ensure timely completion of engineering, procurement, fabrication, inspection, and dispatch in line with project schedules.

Key Responsibilities

- Track project progress and follow up with internal teams, vendors, and clients.
- Coordinate engineering, procurement, fabrication, inspection, and dispatch activities.
- Maintain project trackers, expediting reports, and progress updates.
- Identify delays and escalate critical issues.




- Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports.
- Support project planning and schedule updates.
- Ensure timely documentation and compliance with project timelines.

Required Skills

- Experience in project planning, execution, and expediting.
- Knowledge of fabrication, piping, pressure vessels, or heavy engineering projects.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and ERP systems.
- Robust coordination, communication, and follow-up skills.
