Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Design Quality Check (Interior) role based in Pune City. The role involves reviewing interior design drawings and layouts to ensure accuracy, feasibility, and alignment with brand standards and client requirements.

The Design Quality

Checker will verify dimensions, materials, and finishes, and cross-check CAD files, graphic elements, and architectural details before execution. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with designers and architects, documenting design issues, suggesting improvements,



and ensuring that designs comply with safety norms and project specifications. The role also requires maintaining quality checklists, supporting design revisions, and collaborating closely with project and site teams to ensure a seamless handover from design to implementation.

Qualifications

Solid skills in Architecture and an understanding of interior design principles and space planning.

Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools for reviewing and validating technical drawings.

Capabilities in Graphic Design and Graphics for assessing visual consistency and presentation quality.

Ability to conduct thorough Research to validate materials, codes, and design standards.

Relevant degree or diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.

Experience in design quality checking, design coordination, or interior project execution is preferred.

Attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to identify and resolve design discrepancies.

Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with multidisciplinary teams on-site.
