- Lead and mentor the interior design team.
- Establish and maintain high design standards across all projects.
- Review and approve design concepts, layouts, presentations, and material selections.
- Ensure projects align with client requirements, brand identity, functionality, and budget.
- Encourage creativity, innovation, and continuous learning within the team.

Client Management
- Understand client requirements and translate them into practical design solutions.
- Present concepts and design proposals confidently.
- Build strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
- Handle escalations related to design concerns.

Team Management
- Manage workload allocation across designers.
- Conduct regular design reviews and feedback sessions.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of design team members.




- Drive team performance through coaching and performance evaluations.

Quality Assurance
- Ensure design documentation is complete and accurate.
- Maintain consistency in drawings, BOQs, presentations, and specifications.
- Review technical drawings before project execution.
- Ensure compliance with company design processes and quality standards.

Process Improvement
- Develop and improve design workflows and SOPs.
- Introduce recent design tools, materials, and industry best practices.
- Standardize templates, libraries, and documentation.
- Track key performance metrics for the design department.

Pay: ₹1,800,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
