Senior Design Engineer – (3-5 Design Experience ) Design Engineer – ( 2-3 Years Design Experience)

Position Vacant:

Snr Design Engineer – 3 ; Design Engineer – 3

Routine Deliverables :

· Engineering calculations

· Engineering concept sketches

· Detailing & Drafting

· Modeling

· Assembly, Sub Assembly, Part Drawings

· To study mechanical design & technical requirement and deliver engineering drawings

· Creation of Concept & Detailed Designs

· Selecting appropriate standard elements required for designs with engineering calculation.

· Creation of Manufacturing drawings

· Creation of Sequence of operation, Cycle time chart, Assembly procedure, Testing Procedure

· Generation of BoM

· Technical Documentation

Non Routine Deliverables

· To extract requirement and modularize client problem statement

· SPM Design

· Engineering Concept Design Sketch / Note

· Test Procedure for Designed Item

· Concept and Functional Tests for Designed Product

· Product End User Technical Manual

· Module Functional Tests for designed Product





· Continuous improvement in presenting end user technical user manual

· Guide and support junior engineers

· Technical Training / Skill Training

Educational Qualifications

B.E Mechanical / Mechatronics / B.Tech Mechanical

Certifications

Experience is more essential than blind certification Require experience in 2D Drafting / 3D Modeling in

SOLIDWORKS / CREO / NX / AUTOCAD

Relevant Experience :

Snr Design Engineer – 3-5 Years , Design Engineer – 2-3 Years

Knowledge & Skills

· Engineering Fundamentals

· Fundamental of Math, Physics

· Fundamentals of Material Property

· Standard Manufacturing Processes

· GD &T; Standards

· Structural and Fluid Dynamics

· Weldment Standards

· Experience is SOLIDWORKS / NX/ CREO

· Tool Skills – essential

Travel Requirement :

Desk Job – but Based on Project and Client requirement. Minimal Travel would be there. Travel will be reimbursed.

Salary:

Snr Design Engineer – 4.5 – 5.5 LPA ( Negotiable )

Design Engineer – 3.5 – 4.5 LPA ( Negotiable )

Increments Annually , Performance Based Increment Mid Year , Festive Bonus – Extra

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹46,053.47 per month
