Are you an experienced Automotive Chassis Design Engineer looking to work on cutting-edge vehicle development projects? We're looking for a talented professional with expertise in CATIA V5 and 3DEXPERIENCE (3DX) to join our growing engineering team.

Position: Design Engineer I (Automotive Chassis)

? Job Location: Pune (Onsite)

Experience Required:

6–8 Years

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Design and develop automotive chassis components and assemblies using CATIA V5 / 3DEXPERIENCE (3DX).

✅ Create detailed 3D models, 2D drawings, and engineering documentation.

✅ Perform concept development, packaging studies, and design feasibility analysis.

✅ Ensure compliance with OEM standards, GD&T;, DFMEA, and DFM/DFA guidelines.

✅ Coordinate with cross-functional teams including CAE, manufacturing, suppliers, and project management.

✅ Support design reviews, engineering change requests (ECR/ECO), and product validation activities.





✅ Deliver high-quality designs within project timelines.

Required Skills:

- Strong experience in CATIA V5 and 3DEXPERIENCE (3DX) .
- Hands-on experience in Automotive Chassis Design .
- Knowledge of chassis systems, sheet metal, castings, weldments, and machined components.
- Good understanding of GD&T;, tolerance stack-up, and manufacturing processes.
- Experience working with global OEMs or Tier-1 suppliers is preferred.
- Robust analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
