Role: Design Engineer (HVAC)

Experience: 2+ Years

Location: Adambakkam,Chennai.

Notice Period: Immediate

Key Responsibilities:

Design & Planning: Develop HVAC system blueprints, perform heat load calculations, design duct & piping layouts, and select appropriate equipment (e.g., AHUs, VRF, chillers).

Software & Documentation: Utilize CAD (AutoCAD) for 3D modeling, prepare detailed drawings, specifications, Bills of Materials (BOQ), and cost estimates.

Coordination: Liaise with clients, architects, and other engineering disciplines (electrical, structural) to integrate systems and resolve conflicts.

Compliance & Standards: Ensure designs meet ASHRAE standards, local building codes, and energy efficiency regulations.

Site Support: Conduct site visits, monitor installation quality, troubleshoot issues, and create as-built drawings.
