ABOUT THE ROLE

We are hiring a Design & Project Lead for Full-Time In office role based in Panaji, Goa, India. The position requires extensive travel across India based on project needs and the joining timeline is Immediate.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, fabricators, and government agencies throughout the project lifecycle.
2. Conduct site visits to monitor construction, fabrication, installation, and quality of execution.
3. Lead client presentations, design discussions, stakeholder meetings, and project reviews.
4. Manage project timelines and coordination between multidisciplinary teams.
5. Liaise with government departments and statutory authorities for approvals, compliance, and project execution.
6. Review material specifications, fabrication details, and construction methodologies.
7. Travel extensively to project locations for site inspections, client meetings, and execution support.

REQUIREMENTS

1. Strong architectural design and spatial planning abilities.
2.



Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to lead stakeholder discussions.
3. Proven experience in managing end-to-end project coordination in architecture or design-build environments.
4. Strong understanding of construction methodologies, material specifications, and fabrication processes.
5. Demonstrated ability to liaise with government agencies and secure necessary approvals.
6. Willingness to undertake extensive travel across India as per project demands.
