Job Purpose

We’re looking for a creative and driven Designer & Marketing Executive who can handle both visual design and business growth. The ideal candidate should be able to create 2D and 3D designs, identify the right drawing ideas for projects, and also drive marketing efforts to bring in current clients and opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Design Responsibilities:

- Create high-quality 2D and 3D designs for products, presentations, and client projects
- Identify the right drawings, concepts, and design ideas based on briefs
- Use tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Blender, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.
- Deliver concepts, drafts, and final designs on time with attention to detail

Marketing Responsibilities:

- Generate leads and identify new business opportunities for DIMENSIONS
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns, both online and offline
- Manage social media, brochures,



and promotional materials with your own designs
- Build and maintain client relationships to support sales targets
- Research market trends, competitors, and customer needs

Requirements

- 1-3 years experience in Design and Marketing preferred
- Strong portfolio in both 2D and 3D design
- Ability to identify the right drawings and translate ideas into visuals
- Good communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills
- Proficiency in design software + basic knowledge of digital marketing tools
- Self-motivated, creative, and target-driven
- Degree/Diploma in Design, Marketing, BBA, or related field
