Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Designer at Socialhikers. The Designer will create visually engaging meme-based content, social media graphics, and digital assets that align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.

Daily tasks include conceptualizing ideas based on current trends, collaborating with marketing and content teams, and iterating designs based on feedback and performance data. The Designer will optimize assets for different platforms, maintain a consistent visual identity, and stay informed about emerging design and meme trends. The role also involves preparing files for publication,



organizing design assets, and meeting project deadlines in a fast-paced, creative environment.

Qualifications

- Solid graphic design skills using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar software.
- Experience creating digital content for social media, including memes, short-form visuals, and campaign assets.
- Ability to translate marketing concepts and humor into clear, compelling visual designs.
- Understanding of brand identity, visual storytelling, and basic layout and typography principles.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, digital marketing trends, and audience engagement strategies.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with remote, cross-functional teams.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Previous experience in creative, advertising, or marketing environments; experience with meme culture is a plus.
- Relevant education in Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or equivalent practical experience.
