Role Description The Deputy Officer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Madurai, focused on supporting the efficient execution of supply chain and logistics operations.

Responsibilities include monitoring daily workflows, coordinating with internal teams and external partners, and ensuring adherence to operational standards and service level agreements.

The Deputy

Officer will assist in data collection, reporting,



and analysis to improve process efficiency and support decision-making. The role involves maintaining accurate documentation, supporting compliance with company policies and relevant regulations, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. This position requires close collaboration with supervisors and team members to resolve operational issues promptly and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Strong operational and organizational skills, with the ability to manage daily logistics and supply chain activities effectively.
- Competence in data handling and basic analysis, including use of MS Office or similar tools for reporting and documentation.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and adherence to process, quality, and compliance standards in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work on-site in Madurai, adapt to dynamic operational requirements, and collaborate in a team-oriented setting.
- Prior experience in logistics, supply chain, operations, or a related field is preferred.
- Relevant academic background such as a diploma or degree in logistics, supply chain management, business, or a related discipline is beneficial.
