- Manage end-to-end supply chain operations.

- Develop procurement and sourcing strategies to optimize costs.

- Coordinate with production, sales, and planning teams for material availability.

- Monitor inventory levels and implement inventory optimization initiatives.

- Manage vendor selection, evaluation, and performance.

- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery schedules with suppliers.

- Ensure timely procurement of raw materials and consumables.

- Monitor warehouse operations, stock accuracy, and material movement.

- Coordinate logistics and transportation to ensure on-time deliveries.

- Analyze supply chain KPIs and identify process improvement opportunities.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen methodologies.

- Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and management presentations.

- Lead and mentor SCM team members.
