- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve hospital revenue and business targets.

- Identify recent business opportunities, corporate tie-ups, and institutional partnerships.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, referral sources, corporates, TPAs, and insurance companies.

- Drive patient acquisition through effective referral and business development activities.

- Conduct regular market visits to identify potential clients and business opportunities.

- Plan and execute health camps, medical awareness programs, CMEs, and outreach activities.

- Develop and maintain corporate accounts and ensure continuous business engagement.

- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, pricing, and healthcare services.

- Generate and track leads and ensure timely follow-up and conversion.





- Coordinate with clinical and support departments to ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives.

- Develop proposals, presentations, and business plans for corporate and institutional clients.

- Monitor sales performance, revenue generation, referral trends, and conversion ratios.

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and marketing MIS reports for management review.

- Guide and monitor the sales and marketing team to achieve individual and departmental targets.

- Ensure all marketing activities comply with hospital policies, brand guidelines, and applicable healthcare regulations.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
