- Key Deliverables Resolving Customer complaints, failed part analysis, ICA/PCA identification, Verification &
- Implementation. Preparing consolidated action plan for customer complaints ( field / user plant) and analyze the trend for improvements. Management of Z stages & ensuring adherence of assembly processes to deliver defect free product. Pro-actively identify process gaps, concerns and executing corrective measures along with CFT. Global demerit audit – for ongoing models & recent projects. Maintain test bed & run the engines as per SOP.

Conducting

Product / Process audits & reports circulation to all stake holders as per control plan. Conduct QCRT and ensure closure of concerns. Establish and sustain Quality Management System as per ISO 9001:2015 / IATF 16949 standard.



Preferred Industries Automobile Education Qualification Bachelor of Engineering

- Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical
- Bachelor of Engineering in Automobile General Experience 3 to 5 years (minimum) In Automobile industry System Generated Core Skills Analytical Thinking Communication Skills Consumer Focus Equipment Handling &
