- Plan and monitor production schedules to ensure timely manufacturing and achieve 100% on-time product deliveries in line with customer requirements.

- Coordinate end-to-end production planning and execution for Nutraceutical (FSSAI & AYUSH) and Cosmetic products across internal manufacturing facilities and Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMOs).

- Manage production planning and order execution for domestic and export businesses.

- Prepare and coordinate product costing, cost sheets, and commercial approvals from Management for recent and existing products.

- Perform SAP transactions including Purchase Requisitions (PR), Purchase Orders (PO), Stock Transfer Orders (STO), Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), Manufacturing Orders, BOM creation/revision, inventory verification, and job work-related activities.

- Develop production plans based on sales forecasts, inventory levels, customer demand, and material availability while ensuring optimum utilisation of manufacturing capacity.





- Plan procurement requirements by coordinating with Purchase, Production, Warehouse, and Supply Chain teams to ensure uninterrupted availability of raw materials and packaging materials.

- Identify, evaluate, and coordinate with new Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMOs) in accordance with GMP, regulatory, quality, and business requirements.

- Monitor inventory levels of Raw Materials (RM), Packaging Materials (PM), Work-in-Progress (WIP), and Finished Goods (FG), ensuring proper stock control, storage conditions, traceability, and inventory accuracy.

- Coordinate production cycles, inventory reconciliation, and material movements between Sami manufacturing units and CMO locations while ensuring compliance with quality, regulatory, and company procedures.
