Deputy Manager-K block paintshop Responsibilities & Key Deliverables Ensure smooth operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Sealer Robot Application Systems (ABB/DURR) to achieve production, quality, and uptime targets. Perform fault diagnosis and corrective actions for Sealer Robots, including robot profiling, programming support, and application-related troubleshooting. Maintain and troubleshoot Graco Sealer Supply Systems, ensuring consistent sealant delivery and process stability.

Hands-on experience in resolving electrical breakdowns related to: Sealer Robot Systems, Graco Sealer Supply Systems, PLC-based control systems ,Conveyors and material handling equipment Carry out preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance activities to minimize downtime and improve equipment reliability. Monitor and maintain Paint Shop utility systems, including: Air Compressors , Chillers ,Utility distribution systems , Electrical control panels and associated equipment Analyze recurring equipment failures and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Ensure compliance with safety, quality, environmental, and housekeeping standards.

Coordinate with Production, Quality, Engineering,



and Utility teams for smooth plant operations. Prepare maintenance reports, breakdown analysis reports, spare part tracking, and equipment performance records. Effectively utilize MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) for reporting and documentation.

Required Technical Competencies

Robust knowledge of Sealer Robot Application Systems (ABB/DURR) and troubleshooting methodologies. Hands-on experience with Graco Sealer Supply Systems. Sound knowledge of PLC systems, electrical controls, sensors, drives, and industrial automation.

Experience in troubleshooting and maintenance of conveyors and material handling systems. Knowledge of Paint Shop utility equipment such as Compressors, Chillers, Pumps, and related utility systems. Familiarity with preventive maintenance practices, root cause analysis, and reliability improvement techniques. Proficiency in MS Office applications.

Experience 4 - 8 years Industry Preferred Automobile Qualifications Bachelor of Engineering Bachelors of Technology Diploma in Engineering Experience Level Mid Level
