- Develop and manage HR dashboards, MIS reports, and workforce analytics using Power BI and other reporting tools.
- Analyze key HR metrics including headcount, attrition, hiring, productivity, absenteeism, and engagement to provide actionable insights.
- Lead HRMS implementation, enhancements, process automation, and system optimization initiatives..
- Ensure accuracy, integrity, and governance of HR data across systems.
- Partner with Retail business leaders on manpower planning, talent management, performance management, employee engagement, and retention initiatives.
- Drive continuous improvement of HR processes and employee experience through technology and analytics.

- Power BI (Mandatory)
- Advanced MS Excel
- Power Query / Power Automate
- HRMS/HRIS Platforms
- Basic SQL Knowledge (Preferred)
- Worked on SAP
