Capable of global benchmarking for process and product (PT-CED, Sealer,
top coat & polishing)
knowledge of Paint shop lab equipments and material standards
Knowledge of SOP, SOS, kaizen, problem solving tools, DCP
Cost control, paint consumption monitoring, energy management & consumables
