Deputy General Manager (DGM) Engineering (Solar & BESS)

The DGM Engineering will be responsible for leading the engineering function across utility-scale, C&I; rooftop, open-access solar, and BESS projects. The role will drive engineering standardization, design optimization, technology evaluation, and technical governance while supporting business development, project execution, procurement, and operations teams. The incumbent will also be responsible for building and managing an internal engineering team while coordinating with external consultants and engineering partners.

•Qualifications: Master's Degree in Power Systems, Renewable Energy, or Energy Management (preferred).

Experience

•12–18 years of experience in Solar PV & BESS engineering.

•Experience across utility-scale, open-access, and C&I; projects.

Experience managing external engineering consultants and EPC partners.

•Robust understanding of project development, execution, commissioning, and operations.
