Job Summary

Chandigarh University is looking for an experienced Deputy General Manager (ERP) to lead the University's ERP ecosystem, drive digital transformation, and optimize academic and administrative processes. The role involves ERP strategy, implementation, governance, stakeholder management, and leading enterprise-wide ERP initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead ERP implementation, administration, upgrades, and optimization.
- Drive business process automation and digital transformation initiatives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver ERP solutions.
- Manage ERP projects, integrations, vendors, and implementation partners.
- Ensure system performance, security, compliance, and data integrity.
- Develop MIS reports, dashboards,



and business insights.
- Lead ERP functional and technical teams while driving user adoption and change management.

- 12–18 years of experience in ERP implementation or enterprise applications.
- Minimum 5 years in a leadership role.
- Experience in Higher Education ERP is highly preferred.
