- Education: BE/B.Tech/NIFT Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
- Experience: 8–10 years in digital transformation, process excellence, or manufacturing excellence within apparel or similar industries.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Digital Transformation & Implementation

- Identify opportunities for process automation, digital tools, and Industry 4.0 solutions.
- Oversee implementation of digital solutions such as ERP, MES, and data analytics platforms.

1. Process & Manufacturing Excellence

- Drive lean manufacturing practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to process excellence standards across all manufacturing units.

1. Operational Leadership

- Manage complex operational issues on the shop floor and provide strategic solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth adoption of current systems.

1. Problem Solving & Root Cause Analysis

- Lead or contribute significantly to problem-solving workshops.
- Utilize Six Sigma methodologies; Green/Black Belt certification is an added advantage.
