Key Responsibilities 1. Sales & Target Achievement Drive the department’s daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including average basket value (ABV), conversion rates, and sales per square foot.





Analyze sales data to identify fast-moving and slow-moving stocks, taking proactive measures to optimize sales. 2. Team Management & Training Supervise, mentor, and motivate a team of fashion consultants and customer service associates.

Conduct regular training sessions on customer handling, product knowledge, fabric care, and soft skills.

Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and performance evaluations. 3.

Visual

Merchandising & Stock Management

Ensure strict adherence to company Visual Merchandising (VM) guidelines, ensuring displays are fresh, clean, and commercial.

Coordinate with the inventory team to ensure optimum stock availability, tracking inventory shrinkage, and managing stock counts.

Oversee the end-to-end stock cycle from the backroom to the shop floor. 4.

Customer

Experience & Operations Maintain high standards of customer service, handling escalated customer feedback or complaints professionally.

Ensure the department is clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety regulations.

Support the store management team during standard store opening and closing procedures.

Candidate Profile & Qualifications Education: Graduate in any discipline (a degree or diploma in Retail Management or Fashion Technology is a plus).

Experience: 3-4 years of solid experience in mid-to-large format fashion retail stores.
