Job Summary:

The Demand Planner will be responsible for managing end-to-end demand planning, operations coordination, and supply chain activities. The role involves close collaboration with sales, procurement, and production teams to ensure accurate forecasting, efficient inventory management, and timely order fulfilment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end operations planning and actively support sales forecasting activities
- Develop and maintain demand forecasts based on historical data, market trends, and sales inputs
- Manage supply chain activities including procurement planning and vendor coordination
- Track and monitor end-to-end order lifecycle to ensure timely dispatch and delivery
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Production, QA, Logistics) for smooth operations
- Maintain optimal inventory levels and minimize stock-outs or overstock situations
- Analyse demand patterns, identify gaps, and provide actionable insights to management
- Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and performance metrics for business review
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems and reports




- Support continuous improvement initiatives in planning and operational processes

Required Qualifications:

- Any Graduate and must preferred Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations or a related field.
- 5–10 years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Planning, or Supply Chain.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Power Query, formulas).
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).
- Knowledge of demand planning tools such as Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, Anaplan, or SAP IBP is preferred.
- Experience with Power BI or Tableau is an advantage.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
