Delivery Manager (US Market)

DigiLantern is looking for an experienced Delivery Manager to lead the successful delivery of AI and Application Development projects for our US clients. This is a client-facing role requiring solid technical understanding, delivery ownership, and stakeholder management skills.

Location: Noida (On-site)

Experience: 5+ Years

Job Type: Full-Time

Working Days: 5 Days a Week

Work Schedule

- 12 PM – 4 PM: Work from Office
- 8 PM onwards: Work from Home for US client meetings

Important

Only candidates with technical delivery experience in AI and Application Development should apply. Profiles from Digital Marketing or non-technical Account/Project Management backgrounds will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end delivery of AI and Application Development projects.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for US clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Understand business requirements and convert them into execution plans.
- Coordinate with AI engineers, developers, QA, and cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery.
- Monitor project timelines, scope, risks, and overall delivery.
- Conduct client meetings, share project updates, and ensure customer satisfaction.




- Build long-term client relationships and identify opportunities for account growth.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high quality.

Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Delivery Management or Technical Project Management.
- Proven experience delivering AI and Application Development projects.
- Strong understanding of AI technologies, software development lifecycle, APIs, and cloud-based applications.
- Experience working with US or international clients.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- Immediate joiners or candidates serving a short notice period will be preferred.
