We are looking for agile professionals with 1-3 years of experience in Learning & Development (L&D;) to support the planning, coordination, and execution of learning programs for the Talent L&D; function.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage end-to-end learning program delivery
- Partner with stakeholders and Talent L&D; teams for seamless program execution
- Track timelines, manage deliverables, and ensure adherence to SLAs
- Prepare and share periodic program reports and dashboards
- Maintain SOPs, checklists, FAQs, and process documentation
- Perform quality checks on reports and program-related activities
- Support learning administration through LMS platforms such as SABA, NextGen, or similar
- Collaborate with team members to drive operational excellence and business goals
Required Skills & Experience:
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in Learning & Development, Training Operations, Learning Delivery, or Talent Development
- Experience coordinating training or learning programs in a corporate environment
- Strong stakeholder and client management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication with professional executive presence
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint for reporting, trackers, and presentations
- Exposure to Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as SABA, NextGen, SuccessFactors Learning, or similar platforms
- Solid attention to detail, multitasking ability, and time management skills
Important Note: HR Operations candidates without direct L&D; experience will not be considered.
Candidates with experience in learning delivery, training operations, corporate learning, or talent development functions are highly preferred.
Location: Hyderabad
Shift Timings: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM / 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM
Contract Duration: 6-8 months initially, with the possibility of extension or conversion based on performance.
