Role & responsibilities

1. Deliver various packages to customer locations or stores within a given time frame.
2. Planning daily travel routes based on locations and time frames.
3. The delivery boy will be solely responsible for any loss of shipment on the route. Taking extra

precautions with all packages on route as they are high-value shipments; no shipment should be left unattended.
1. Accepting and recording COD payments for delivered packages.
2. Answering customers' questions and responding to complaints in a qualified manner.
3. Promptly reporting any road accidents, traffic violations, or discrepancies with delivered

packages to the Hub Incharge.
1. Obtaining customers' signatures on delivery papers or OTP upon completion of each delivery.

Capturing customer location images in the delivery mobile app for undelivered shipments.

Timely pickup and quality check of inventory picked up from stores and customers.
2. Strictly adhering to SOPs or do's and don'ts points shared by seniors.

Preferred candidate profile

1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Valid driver's license and own vehicle.
3. Clean driving record / CBIL Score >700.
4. Proven delivery experience is preferred.
5. Sound knowledge of road safety regulations and working knowledge of local roads and

routes.
1. Effective communication skills in local language, Hindi, and English (reading).
2. Exceptional customer service skills; polite and presentable.
3. Punctual and reliable.
