Key Responsibilities:
- Field Collection: Conduct field visits to delinquent customers to collect pending EMI/loan repayments.
- Target Achievement: Meet daily, weekly, and monthly collection/recovery targets.
- Customer Interaction: Engage with customers, understand their payment challenges, and negotiate suitable repayment solutions.
- Deposit & Settlement: Ensure timely deposit of collected funds and update status accurately in the system.
- Compliance & Ethics: Strictly follow company policies, RBI guidelines, and qualified ethics during all customer interactions.
- Portfolio Management: Maintain clean records of customer visits, promises to pay (PTP), and non-traceable accounts.
