Job Title Dean - MBA Program Location CARE Business School Trichy Tamil Nadu Department School of Management Employment Type Full-Time On-Campus About CARE Business School CARE Business School part of CARE Group of Institutions is a fast-growing institution committed to excellence in management education Our MBA program affiliated with Anna University and approved by AICTE emphasizes value-based learning entrepreneurship innovation and leadership We are seeking a visionary Dean who can lead the MBA program to new heights of academic and industry excellence Role Overview The Dean - MBA Program will serve as the academic and administrative head of the MBA department This role requires leadership in curriculum development faculty management student development industry collaboration accreditations and overall program growth in alignment with the institute s mission Key Responsibilities Academic Leadership Provide strategic direction and leadership to the MBA program Oversee curriculum development and ensure alignment with industry trends and university standards Promote innovative teaching methodologies and outcome-based education Lead efforts in achieving and maintaining NAAC NBA or other relevant accreditations Faculty Development Recruit mentor and evaluate faculty members Promote faculty research publications FDPs and collaborations Organize academic conferences workshops and seminars Student Development Ensure student-centric policies mentoring and career guidance Improve student performance in academics placements and entrepreneurial activities Develop industry-oriented certification programs and value-added courses Industry Collaboration Build partnerships with corporates startups and business incubators Enhance internship placement and live project opportunities Invite guest speakers industry mentors and corporate trainers Administrative Duties Budget planning departmental reporting and policy implementation Ensure compliance with Anna University and AICTE regulations Represent the MBA department in academic councils and institutional committees Eligibility Criteria Education Ph D in Management Commerce related discipline MBA from a recognized institution Experience Minimum 10-15 years of teaching experience Proven leadership as HOD Program Chair or equivalent role in a reputed B-School Track record of academic publications research and curriculum innovation Skills Competencies Visionary academic leadership and team management Solid communication interpersonal and networking skills Passion for student success and industry integration Job Type Full-time Pay 50 000 00 - 80 000 00 per month Work Location In person
